Commercial Civil & Stormwater design

Civil construction plans and stormwater design for the associated exterior improvements needed to support a 20,000 square foot Warehouse building in Fairhaven. These exterior improvements included a 31 stall parking lot, private access roads, and public street frontage improvements. Stormwater design incorporated a series of three Bioretention Cells to provide on-site stormwater treatment, before connecting to the downstream conveyance system which outlets to a flow-control exempt body of water.
