Commercial / Mixed-Use Civil & Stormwater Design

Directly across from Lynden City Hall

Civil construction plans and stormwater design for the associated exterior improvements needed to support a new mixed-use commercial building. Altogether, the project created 5,300 square feet of impervious surfaces, and the Stormwater design incorporated an underground gravel infiltration trench to provide 100% on-site stormwater infiltration.
