Commercial Civil & Stormwater Design

Civil construction plans and stormwater design for the associated exterior improvements needed to support one new commercial building.  Altogether, the project created 12,000 square feet of impervious surfaces, and the Stormwater design incorporated a bioretention cell and a downspout full infiltration trench to provide stormwater treatment and 100% on-site stormwater infiltration.
