Multifamily Development Civil & Stormwater Design

Civil construction plans and stormwater design for the full buildout of a 2 lot short plat involving the construction of two multi-family buildings.  Altogether, this project proposed 23,000 square feet of impervious surfaces, and the stormwater design incorporated a stormwater treatment and infiltration trench, and two downspout full infiltration systems, to provide stormwater treatment and 100% on-site stormwater infiltration for all stormwater runoff that would be generated from the full build out of the plat.
