Over 5,000 square feet impervious surface stormwater design in the City of Bellingham within an NPDES Phase II Regulated Area. Stormwater design incorporated a mini-detention vault for on-site stormwater flow control, before connecting to the downstream stormwater facilities that serve the plat.
