Commercial Development Civil & Stormwater Design

Civil construction plans and stormwater design for the associated exterior improvements needed to support one new commercial building.  Altogether, the project created 20,000 square feet of impervious surfaces, and the Stormwater design incorporated a bioretention cell and a dispersion trench to provide stormwater treatment and on-site stormwater flow control for all stormwater runoff that would be generated from the full build out of the project.
