When you use the contact form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number, parcel or address, and project description you enter. Nothing on that form is required beyond what we need to answer you.

If you request our price-beat guarantee we collect the email address you give us so we can send it.

If you pay an invoice through this site, your card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare a scope or proposal, and carry out work you engage us for.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through it. It records pages viewed, the general location of the device, the type of device, and how visitors arrived, such as from a search or a link.

We also record when a contact form is successfully submitted, so we know which pages lead to inquiries. That record does not contain your name, email, phone number, parcel or project description.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognize repeat visits. You can block or delete them in your browser settings without losing access to anything on this site.

We use a small number of services to run this site, and each one only receives what it needs:

• Google Analytics, for the site measurement described above.
• Resend, which delivers the email your form submission becomes.
• Stripe, which processes invoice payments and handles card details directly.
• Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Service Storm, who build and maintain the site for us and can see inquiries in order to support it.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep inquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them, including for project records and our professional obligations as a licensed engineering firm. Analytics data is retained on Google’s standard schedule.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on it.

Deleting project records may not always be possible where we are required to retain them.

This site is for our clients and the people they work with. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
