Commercial Grading & Stormwater Design

Civil construction plans and stormwater design for the associated exterior improvements needed to support two new commercial buildings, 3,000 square feet and 4,000 square feet in size.  These exterior improvements included 9,000 square feet of pervious pavement.  Stormwater design incorporated pervious pavement to provide stormwater treatment and 100% on-site stormwater infiltration, while the stormwater flow from the buildings would be directed to the downstream conveyance system for stormwater detention.
