Commercial Preliminary Stormwater Design

Preliminary stormwater design for the associated exterior improvements needed to support a new 285 unit mini-storage complex.  Altogether, the project would create 520,000 square feet of impervious surfaces, and the Stormwater design would incorporate a series of Bioretention Cells and Dispersion Trenches to provide stormwater treatment and on-site stormwater flow control for all stormwater runoff that would be generated from the full build out of the development.
