Residential Subdivision Stormwater Design

Civil construction plans and stormwater design for the full buildout of a 12 lot plat.  Altogether, this project proposed 81,000 square feet of impervious surfaces, and the stormwater design incorporated the retrofit of an existing stormwater treatment and infiltration pond, to provide treatment and 100% on-site stormwater infiltration for all stormwater runoff that would be generated from the full build out of the plat.
