Short Plat Stormwater Design

Civil & Stormwater design for the full buildout of a 4 lot short plat.  Altogether, this project proposed 19,000 square feet of hard surfaces, consisting of permeable pavement and future residences.  Stormwater design incorporated permeable pavement and downspout full infiltration trenches to provide 100% on-site stormwater infiltration that would be generated from the full build out of the plat.
