Long Plat Stormwater Design

Civil construction plans and stormwater design for the full buildout of an 8 lot plat.  Altogether, this project proposed 30,000 square feet of impervious surfaces, and the stormwater design incorporated a Compost-Amended Vegetated Filter Strip (CAVFS) system, to provide stormwater treatment and 100% on-site stormwater infiltration for all stormwater runoff that would be generated from the full build out of the plat.
