Commercial Civil & Stormwater Design

Civil construction plans and stormwater design for the associated exterior improvements needed to support a new 89 unit mini-storage complex.  Altogether, the project created 52,000 square feet of impervious surfaces, and the stormwater design incorporated underground sand and gravel infiltration trenches to provide stormwater treatment and 100% on-site stormwater infiltration.
