Commercial Civil & Stormwater Design

Civil construction plans and stormwater design for the associated exterior improvements needed to support the renovation of a 48,000 square foot Warehouse building.  These exterior improvements included a 26 stall parking lot and the addition of two loading docks.  Stormwater design incorporated a Contech canister for stormwater treatment and two pump systems to pump stormwater from loading dock locations, before connecting to the downstream conveyance system which outlets to a flow-control exempt body of water.
