Multifamily Development Civil & Stormwater design

Civil construction plans and stormwater design for the associated exterior improvements needed to support three new multi-family buildings.  Altogether, the project created 44,000 square feet of impervious surfaces, and the Stormwater design incorporated underground sand and gravel infiltration trenches to provide stormwater treatment and 100% on-site stormwater infiltration.
