Prepared a Stormwater Memo for the construction of a new 8,000 square foot warehouse building and associated exterior improvements.  The Stormwater memo demonstrated that the existing stormwater treatment and detention facilities that had already been constructed on-site had enough capacity to accommodate the project, and no further storm facilities were required to be in full compliance with the WADOE stormwater management manual.
