Multifamily Development Civil & Stormwater Design

Civil construction plans and stormwater design for the associated exterior improvements needed to support a new multi-family building.  Altogether, the project created 353,357 square feet of impervious surfaces, and the Stormwater design incorporated underground sand and gravel infiltration trenches to provide stormwater treatment and 100% on-site stormwater infiltration.
