Residential Subdivision Stormwater Design

Stormwater design for the full buildout of a 58 lot plat.  Altogether, this project proposed 276,000 square feet of impervious surfaces, and the stormwater design incorporated a series of Bioretention cells to provide stormwater treatment, and an infiltration pond and downspout full infiltration trenches to provide 100% on-site stormwater infiltration for all stormwater runoff that would be generated from the full build out of the plat.
